Business Accelerator.

Educate, Activate, Shape, Embed. AI-assisted. Hands-on. Built for the business — owned by the domain. Run the EASE protocol with our team, on your data, against your priority use cases. From the first workshop to the first data product in production: weeks, not years.

  • FLUID-native
  • Compiles to Snowflake · AWS · GCP · DuckDB
  • Apache-2.0

The engagement

Four phases. Enter and exit conditions you can hold us to.

The EASE journey, rendered as the engagement. Each phase has a duration, a clear entry condition, and a defined exit — so progress is never a matter of opinion.

  1. 01

    Educate

    1–2 weeks
    Enter
with executive sponsorship and three priority use cases.
    Exit
shared vocabulary, sector Periodic Table mapped, candidate data products ranked.
  2. 02

    Activate

    2–4 weeks
    Enter
with one priority use case and one domain DPO appointed.
    Exit
one thin-slice data product in production, one use case live on top of it.
  3. 03

    Shape

    4–8 weeks
    Enter
with the first product validated and two more in the queue.
    Exit
3–5 products live, peer-reviewed designs, reuse credits in operation, DDO running the squad.
  4. 04

    Embed

    8 weeks onward
    Enter
with the first wave of trained client-side facilitators.
    Exit
federated DDO/DPO/Steward triad per domain, platform self-serve, eCoE stepped back.

The roles the engagement builds — owned by your domains, not by us:

Domain
A business area that owns its data end to end — Sales, Network, Finance.
eCoE
Enterprise Center of Excellence — the central team that carries the method and transfers it into the domains.
DDO
Domain Data Officer — accountable for a domain's whole portfolio of data products.
DPO
Data Product Owner — owns one data product: its contract, quality and consumers. (Not a Data Protection Officer.)
Steward
Data Steward — curates meaning, quality and policy for the data, day to day.

Why it works

Built by the people who wrote the standard.

Open by default

FLUID and forge-cli are Apache-2.0. Audit it, fork it, run it without us — there's no lock-in to buy into.

Written down

FLUID: Data Products lays out the full argument and architecture — the method isn't improvised.

Thirty years in

Enterprise data transformation across telco, banking and utilities — by the standard's own authors.

FAQ

The Accelerator, answered.

Do we need to commit to FLUID Forge to run this?

No. FLUID Forge is the platform we work with by default — it's open source and Apache-2.0 licensed — but the EASE methodology is engine-neutral. We can run an Accelerator on top of Databricks, Snowflake-only, or a bring-your-own-platform setup.

How many people from our side?

A core of 4–6: an executive sponsor, one eCoE lead, one nominated DPO from each participating domain, and 2–4 domain SMEs. We supply the rest.

What if our data is messy?

It always is. We start with synthetic data — pre-loaded mocks across telco, banking, energy and healthcare — so the workshop never depends on a clean live source.

How does this work with our existing eCoE?

We make your eCoE more powerful, not redundant. The Accelerator is designed to transfer methodology from us to your eCoE in the first wave, so your eCoE then runs the second wave for other domains.

Is this only for telco?

No. The methodology is sector-neutral. The Periodic Table comes in sector flavours — we have ready-made ones for telco, banking, energy and healthcare; others are built in the first Educate workshop.

What is “the diagnostic”?

A free 30-minute call. We look at your two or three highest-value use cases and tell you, honestly, whether the Accelerator is the right next step for you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that.

Who are the authors?

Jeff Watson, Christopher Ducci and Fahed Saleh — co-authors of FLUID Data Products (2025). Thirty years of enterprise transformation between us, across telco, banking and utilities.

How fast can we start?

Two weeks from the diagnostic call to the first Educate workshop. Faster on request.
